Don’t wait until you’ve reached a goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud for every step you make in the right direction.

What do you guys do in the morning?
I find that I’m most likely to exercise if I go as soon as I wake up. The problem is that I’m wanting to go to the gym for about an hour and I need food in me to be able to keep going. But usually by the time that I eat and wait an hour I’ve got to do something else, I’m too lazy or I forget about the gym. I know that the answer is to “just do it” but I was wondering if any of you out there had any more specific advice or could tell me what you do.
